Every successful deposit will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified by the chosen payment method. mh389 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
For withdrawal requests, you must meet the following requirements:
- Accounts must have completed the full identity verification process.
- Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts registered under the same name as your mh389 account.

Users whose accounts are closed due to terms violations are not entitled to claim any remaining account balance.
